Silvia Albrizio

Silvia Albrizio is an Economist in the Economics Department of the OECD. She is part of the Green Growth workstream and works on empirical analysis assessing the impact of environmental policy on economic outcomes (“Do environmental policies matter for productivity growth” – https://oe.cd/OQ). She has co-authored numerous academic papers on fiscal policy, investment, productivity and environmental regulation. Silvia also worked on financial markets at the European Central Bank, and at the Asian Development Bank she worked on the assessment of the development of a low carbon economy in a number of OECD countries. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the European University Institute, a Master of Science in Economics from Pompeu Fabra University and a Master in Economics from Bocconi University.
